Status Message
This error can have the following Status Messages:
ERROR: Unable to generate the issg_proc file.
ERROR: Unable to perform read on issg_proc file.
ERROR: Unable to create issg_appmgr_ps_stat.out.
ERROR: Unable to open issg_appmgr_ps_stat.out.
WARNING: Inconsistent process status for appmgr.
This error, regardless of whether it is an error or warning, is treated the
same way.
Effect
Service will be affected.
Description
The application manager uses a temporary file called issg_proc that it
generates dynamically from time to time. If issg_proc is not generated
properly, the application manager will not function properly.
Lack of system resources can cause this error. The file issg_appmgr_ps_
stat.out stores all the process IDs of scripts being monitored.
Status Data 1
This error can have one of the following messages in Status Data 1:
RC=[Integer] ERRNO=[Integer]
ERRNO=[Integer]
Resolution
1. Reboot the APS system. See ''Graceful Reboot'' on page 178.
2. If the previous step doesn't solve the problem, escalate this
problem to the next level of support.
