OPERATION
Display inside the cab
Display
The system error lamp (red) (6) flashes
at the same time as the starting switch is
turned to ON position.
No lamp lights up when the starting
switch is in ON position.
The greasing lamp (yellow) (5) flashes.
The system error lamp (red) (6) flashes.
Refilling mode lamp (green) (4) flashes.
Refilling mode lamp (green) (4) flashes.
Refilling mode lamp (green) (4) flashes.
Refilling mode lamp (green) (4) keeps
flashing throughout 1 cycle (lit for 2.0
seconds and not lit for 2.0 seconds).
Refilling mode lamp (green) (4) keeps
flashing (lit for 2.0 seconds and not lit for
2.0 seconds).
The pump is not powered.
Check that the fuse and the ground are connected.
The connection between the in-cab display and pump is defective, re-
place if necessary.
The system is not powered.
Check that the fuse and the ground are connected.
Immediate action required.
Display inside the cab is faulty or the wiring is defective.
Check that the display inside the cab and the wiring. Replace them if nec-
essary.
The grease level in the grease tank is at the lowest level.
Refill the grease tank with grease, and reset the auto-greasing system.
The system has a problem.
Immediate action is necessary.
Possible cause:
The greasing pressure is insufficient throughout 10 cycles (or 10

times in the same main line).
Find out the cause. Keep pressing the pump test button 1 second
or longer with the starting switch left at ON position to reset the
auto-greasing system.
Grease tank is empty.

Refill the grease tank with grease, and keep pressing the test
button 1 second or longer with the starting switch left at ON posi-
tion to reset the auto-greasing system.
Light duty work
Normal operation
Heavy-duty work
1 cycle lubrication test is being proceeded.
