EXPLANATION OF COMPONENTS
Battery disconnect switch (1) is used to cut out the electricity
from the battery.
It is inside the rear right door of the machine.
REMARK
Operate it while the system operating lamp (2) is not lit.
(O): OFF position
The switch key (1) can be pulled out (and inserted) and the cur-
rent from the battery is cut out.
(I): ON position
The current from the battery flows into the circuit.
Before starting the machine, be sure to set it to this position.
SYSTEM OPERATING LAMP
System operating lamp (1) indicates that the controller mount-
ed on the machine is turned on.
Lamp (1) lights up in green when the controller is turned on and
goes out in 2 to 6 minutes after the starting switch is turned to
OFF position.
Before operating the battery disconnect switch, check that lamp
(1) is not lit.
NOTICE
If the battery disconnect switch is turned to OFF position
while this lamp is lit, the data in the controller may be lost.
REMARK
•
Even if the starting switch is in OFF position, the controller may operate. The lamp lights up in this case, but
it is not abnormal.
•
After the starting switch has been turned to OFF position, the system operating lamp may stay lit for a long
time.
In such case, consult your Komatsu distributor.
