Plug the tank and generator into the extension cord.
Step 2: Prepare the Tank
1.
Make sure that all cords connected to the tank are securely fastened and
dry and that the tank is plugged in.
2.
Fill the ultrasonic tank (11 gallons/42 liters) with water to slightly above
the fill line.
NEVER turn on heater or ultrasonics without water in tank.
We recommend that the tank lid should remainoff of the tankat
all times except when pre-heating the water. If the lid is left on
the tank, the temperature of the water can rise uncontrollably to
a level where ABS models will warp and distort.

Turn on the generator switch.

Using the main power switch, turn on the Ultrasonic Tank.
5.
Set the heat temperature by turning the dials located next to the heat
switch clockwise to 66° C (150° F), not to exceed an maximum of
71° C (160° F).

Set the timer. Most parts take about 2-4 hours to process, but varying
levels of geometry complexity can increase or reduce the amount of time
necessary.
NOTE: The default setting is in seconds. In order to change the setting
to hours and minutes, refer to the WaterWorks Ultrasonic guide,
specifically the OMRON timer instructions.
7.
Turn on the ultrasonics by pressing the start timer button located to the
left of the timer.
Step 3: Add the Solution Concentrate
Always wear gloves and safety glasses before handling concen-
trate.
