Undo the screws (1)

Remove the torch body insulation (2)

Undo all six grub screws (3) on the wel-

ding torch flange (4)

Remove old welding torch flange (4)

Fit assembly aid (5) onto torch body

Push new welding torch flange (4) as

far as it will go onto the torch body
Tighten all six grub screws (3) on the

welding torch flange (4)

Remove the assembly aid (5)

NOTE! The pin (6) with a diameter
of 4 mm (0.16 in.) must fit into the
hole (7) on the welding torch
flange
NOTE! Always tighten the oppo-
site grub screw. Do not tighten
grub screws one-by-one in a circu-
lar fashion
Tightening torque = 1.5 Nm
