6. Loosen the lock collar by driving in opposite
direction of normal eccentric shaft rotation,
using a 5/16 x 1 IS-inch flat end punch and
hammer, Fig. V-85. .
II Note: The lock collar has a detent that is to
be used in conjunction with · the flat end
punch.
