Parameterizing sending (actual value/safety actual value)
Description
Edit the following parameters for the setpoints of the communication between the drive and the
control. The communication direction is from the drive to the partner (e.g. a controller). The
settings relevant to PROFIsafe are marked yellow and only displayed when you add a
PROFIsafe telegram.

Check of the PROFIsafe telegrams
By default, the setting of the PROFIsafe telegrams under "Telegram configuration" is not
password-protected.
● Apply the TIA Portal project protection to the whole project to protect the telegram settings
from being accidentally or deliberately overwritten.
● When working with PROFIsafe telegrams, check the setting of the PROFIsafe telegrams
again during the safety acceptance process in order to ensure that the selected PROFIsafe
telegram corresponds to the requirements of your application.
