Example According to Linear PDO Indexing

This example describes process data mapping if object 0x2100:02 has the value
TRUE.
If linear PDO indexing is selected (0x2100:02 = TRUE), then the indexes for the
RxPDOs and TxPDOs are assigned such that they appear in ascending order in
the sync manager assignment lists (0x1C12 and 0x1C13). The structure of the
process image and all objects 0x6000 and 0x7000 remains unchanged by this.
