T roubleshooting
Usually, if the system seems not to transport the signal as expected, the best strategy for troubleshooting is to
check signal integrity through the whole signal chain starting from source side and moving forward to receiver end.

Symptom Root cause
Video signal
Device or devices are Check the matrix and the other devices if
not powered properly they are properly powered; try to unplug and
reconnect them.
Cable connection Cables must fit very well, check all the
problem connectors (video and TPS cables).
No incoming signal If the SIGNAL LED of the input port does not
light, no signal is present. Check the source
device(s) and the HDMI/CATx cable(s).
TPS mode problem Check the actual TPS mode and the selected
modes of the devicess.
Not the proper video Check the video crosspoint settings.

The output is muted Check the mute state of output port.
Display is not able Check the emulated EDID; select another
to receive the video (e.g. emulate the EDID of the display on the
format input port).
