Error Acknowledgment External to the Module in
PROFIsafe Mode V2.6
Only applies when using PROFIsafe Mode V2.6!
This acknowledgment variant only applies if PROFIsafe Mode V2.6 is set via the
F parameters (F_CRC_Seed = 1, F_Passsivation = 1). PROFIsafe Mode V2.6
only supports channel granular passivation. In this mode, errors are
acknowledged according to RIOforFA specifications.
If the "Acknowledgment type" parameter is set to the value "Module external", the
user must manually acknowledge a corrected error.
The acknowledgment request for a corrected error is displayed on the
F I/O module via the PROFIsafe status LED (green, 0.5 Hz, flashing), see
Section "Device Description" > "Indicators".
Errors are manually acknowledged with a rising edge of the "ACK_REI" bit of the
F periphery DBs.
