Analog Value Data Format

For the F I/O module, different formats can be set for representation of the input
process values.
•
RIOforPA = The analog value data format corresponds to the "Remote IO
for Process Automation" profile.
•
Siemens S7 with fixed substitute values = The analog value data format
corresponds to the Siemens S7 representation.
•
Siemens S7 with parameterizable substitute values = The analog value
data format corresponds to the Siemens S7 representation. The substitute
values can be customized.
The settings are made via the "Analog Value Data Format" parameter, which is
described in Section "Commissioning" > ... > "Setting Parameters".

Information about representation formats is available in Section "Process
Image" > ... > "Analog Value Data Format of the Input Process Values".
The following parameters must also be set:

Measurement range
•
Wire break detection
(Only with format Siemens S7 4 ... 20 mA. With this format, wire break
detection can be optionally enabled or disabled.)
