3.6.10.3.1 Accuracy of Discrepancy Monitoring

Discrepancy monitoring checks the duration of a deviation of the values of two
channels of a channel pair across the parameterized tolerance band. If the
duration of the deviation exceeds the configured discrepancy time, a discrepancy
error is reported. Since the discrepancy time (t
