Setting the Substitute Values

In case of error, the F I/O module outputs substitute values per channel or for all
channels at the same time. Depending on which analog value data format was
selected, the substitute values can be parameterized by the user or substitute
values are specified by the selected analog value data format. User-specific
substitute values can only be parameterized in the "Siemens S7 with
parameterizable substitute values" format and in the "RIOforPA" format. Further
information on analog value data format can be found in Section "Analog Value
Data Format".
Which substitute values represent the F I/O module depending on the
parameterized measurement range and parameterized analog value data format
in the process image is described in Section "Process Image".
The settings for substitute values are made via the "Substitute Value"
parameter, which is described in Section "Commissioning" > ... > "Setting
Parameters".
