Checklist before driving off-road

Check the fuel and AdBlue

Engine: check the oil level and top up with oil

to the maximum level.

If you drive up or down extreme inclines or
slopes, the on-board computer may display
the 4 symbol. The engine operating
safety is not put at risk if you have filled the
engine oil to the maximum level before the
journey.

Rules for off-road driving

when driving over obstacles
If you drive over obstacles or in tyre ruts, the
steering wheel may whip around and cause
injuries to the hands.
Steering wheel must always be held

when driving off-road or with the differential
lock engaged, the electronic management
system may intervene when this is undesired.

On gradients and inclines, always follow the line
of fall and avoid changing gear. Drive up gradi‐
ents without stopping until you are at the top of

the vehicle has a selectable crawler mode. When
crawler mode is activated, the vehicle automati‐
cally crawls forwards after the service brake has
been released and continues to roll at idling
