300g ice cubes
4 tbsp golden caster sugar
1 tbsp mint syrup
75ml lime juice
1 Put the ice cubes into the metal bowl and run the CRUSH programme. Press Stop
when the ice is crushed. Add the sugar, mint syrup and lime. Restart the CRUSH
programme.
2 Pour the virgin mojito into tall glasses, decorate with the mint leaves and fill with

800g ice cubes
300 ml pink grapefruit juice (or the juice
of 4-5 grapefruits)
1 Put the ice cubes in the metal bowl and run the CRUSH programme.
2 Add the grapefruit juice and sugar; restart the CRUSH programme for 10 seconds.
3 Pour the pink grapefruit granita into tall glasses. Serve immediately.
