Common Control Cards
The voice port for peripheral cards is supported only from the Active 32GC card.
The base memory of the 32GC card contains a 2MB memory in which the system
database is housed. The memory is SRAM and is protected by 3V battery backup, so
that data is saved and maintained during power loss.
The Expanded Memory Module, 4XMM or 8XMM, daughter card, is installed on the
side of the 32GC for large or complex Coral systems. It is also a required shared
memory card for the optional CLA-ATS. See
details on the XMM card.
32GC Front Panel
The 32GC front panel includes diagnostic indicators, an SAU interface and a CLA
