The DC supply is:
Too high if greater than 164 (32V)
Too low if less than 102 (20V)
A Delay Block has been configured.

The detection zone has been enabled or disabled
automatically or manually.

powered interface input has triggered. Value of the
input is equal to or less than 10V.
