Release marker for counters
Available from NCK software version: 597 110-03.

Only for counters:
Identifies the enabling marker (gate marker) for the
corresponding counter.
Gate markers are C96 to C143.
This parameter is not evaluated by the control. The
PLCdesignNT development environment uses it for the
automatic generation of PLC definition files.
Default: No entry, value optional
