Crimp both connector pins (A) using pliers to make them fit through the pin holes. Push the connector off its slot.

Route the interface cable off the drawer, and remove.
Note: Pay attention to the original routing of the cable.

Remove the HCIT. See

Remove the drawer assembly rear cover. See

Remove the drawer assembly left cover. See

Release the latches (A) securing the sensor to the drawer.
