SAL Control
To control the turn-on of the SAL, we
can use capacitive coupling to another
device called a line driver (a and b in
Figure 3-2).
So, if we impulse the driver, a pulse
through the capacitor turns the SAL on.
and its output can gate the contents of
R to the in-bus.
