• Reset with the reset key.
• If the error reoccurs after resetting,
1) Change the operation cycle into
a large value in the system setting.
2) Reduce the number of command
execution of the event task or NMI
task in the system setting.
• Reset with the reset key.

relevant module or the relevant slot
(base unit) is probably faulty: replace
the module/base unit.
