[SENSe:]COUNter:TOTalize:IVALue

Syntax
[SENSe:]COUNter:TOTalize:IVALue <value>, (@<ch_list>)
This command sets the initial counter value of the general purpose digital
counter.
[SENSe:]COUNter:TOTalize:IVALue? (@<ch_list>)
The query command returns a numeric value representing the initial
counter value of the general purpose digital counter. Multiple responses
are separated by comma.
