12. When M2 is ON, whether the socket has been connected and no data is being received is
checked. If the socket has been connected, and no data is being received, the data will be
received. If the socket has not been connected, the instruction is not executed and M3 will be
ON.
13. When M3 is ON, whether the socket has been connected is checked. If the socket has been
connected, the connection will be closed. If the socket has not been connected, the instruction
is not executed. After the connection is closed, M3 will be switched OFF.
Additional remark:
1. If S , S , or S exceeds the range, the instruction is not executed, SM0 is ON, and the error

code in SR0 is 16#2003.
2. When the AH500 series PLC as the server starts the TCP connection, if the number of servers
which can be connected reaches the upper limit, the error occurs, the corresponding error flag
is ON, the error code is 16#600A, and the instruction is not executed.
3. When the AH500 series PLC as the server starts the TCP connection, if the remote
communication port number is 0, the error occurs, the corresponding error flag is ON, the error
code is 16#6202, and the instruction is not executed.
