The description of the operation error code:
If the devices S

SM is ON, and the error code in SR0 is 16#2003.
If the value in the operand n is not within the range between 1 and 256, the instruction
MCMP is not executed, SM is ON, and the error code in SR0 is 16#200B.

The description of the flags:
It is the matrix comparison flag.
SM607:
ON: Comparing the equivalent values
OFF: Comparing the different values
The matrix comparison comes to an end. When the last bits are compared,
SM608:
SM608 is ON.
SM609:
When SM609 is ON, the comparison starts from bit 0.
It is the matrix bit search flag. When the matching bits are compared, the
SM610:
comparison stops immediately, and SM610 is ON.
It is the matrix pointer error flag. When the value of the pointer exceeds
SM611:
the comparison range, SM611 is ON.
