Full and normal view
Full view is a feature that enables you to display items that have been hidden at the level
into which you are logged, and to see the level at which items have been locked.
For example, if you have logged in as a user then switch to full view, information that is
hidden at user level is displayed and icons at the top right of the screen indicate the level
at which any items have been locked and hidden. When you switch to normal view, the
hidden items and the icons are removed. Full and normal view are covered in more detail
