Tuning for 12G SAS
Auto-tune
Auto-tuning in Trace Control is supported by the following configurations:
#31 – A,A,A,A
#35 – G-A
#55 – G-A, G-A
Before starting the auto-tuning process, try applying the best preset. If you are not sure which one
is best, perform the Auto-Select the best preset process. This may shorten the time it takes to
auto-tune. To auto-tune all the ports in the configuration loaded on the hardware for the ports you
have selected, select
Changes
Discovery
the other ports in the configuration are locked or not.
A dialog appears showing the tuning progress. It includes the duration of the tuning and the bit
error rate (BER).
