Trace Size cannot be more than the max
size allowed for a single segment;
Trace Size can be set less than the max size
The total capture buffer memory can be divided into equal segments by specifying the number of
segments or the size of each segment, and segments are numbered from 1 to
number of segments is 128. The minimum size for traces is 2MB.
This same relationship between the fields exists when analyzing multiplexed SAS/SATA ports
(Signal Regeneration is set to
contain two logical links, the maximum trace size will be half of what it would be for
