When " " is selected as the trigger polarity, there is
no Pulse Width setting. When "Status" is selected,
there is no Pulse Width or Timing setting.

In the <Source Device> group, select the control panel
or DCU to handle the GPI output.
SCU1: ID1 control panel (PNL1)
SCU2: ID2 control panel (PNL2)
SCU3: ID3 control panel (PNL3)

When the action set in the following step 5 is carried
out on the control panel selected here, this causes a
GPI output. It is also possible to output error

To confirm the selection, press [Action Set].
This confirms the selection, which appears in the

Test firing the trigger
In the DCU >GPI Output menu press [Test Fire].
This outputs a trigger from the selected output port. This is
not output when the trigger type is "Status."

To set the protocol to match a device connected to a 9-pin
serial port, display the DCU >Serial Port Assign menu.
To display the Serial Port Assign menu
In the Engineering Setup menu, select VF5 'DCU' and
HF5 'Serial Port Assign.'
The serial port setting status appears in the status area.

for the setting (DCU1 or DCU2) from the <DCU
Select> group.
