ping lsp pw (for VPLS)

Description
Use the ping lsp pw command to check the validity and reachability of a Martini PW.
Syntax
ping lsp [ -a source-ip | -c count | -exp exp-value | -h ttl-value | -m wait-time | -r reply-mode | -s packet-
size | -t time-out | -v ] * pw ip-address pw-id pw-id

Parameters
-a source-ip: Specifies the source IP address of the Echo Request messages to be sent.
-c count: Specifies the number of request messages to be sent. The count parameter ranges from 1 to
4,294,967,295 and defaults to 5.
-exp exp-value: Specifies the EXP value for the Echo Request messages. The exp-value parameter ranges
from 0 to 7 and defaults to 0.
-h ttl-value: Specifies the TTL value for the Echo Request messages. The ttl-value parameter ranges from 1
to 255 and defaults to 255.
-m wait-time: Specifies the interval for sending Echo Request messages. The wait-time parameter ranges
from 1 to 10,000 and defaults to 200, in milliseconds.
-r reply-mode: Specifies the reply mode of the receiver in response to an Echo Request message. The
reply-mode parameter can be 1 or 2, where 1 means "Do not respond" and 2 means "Respond using a
UDP packet." The default is 2.
-s packet-size: Specifies the payload length of the Echo Request message. The packet-size parameter
ranges from 65 to 8100 and defaults to 100, in bytes.
-t time-out: Specifies the timeout interval for waiting for the response to an echo request message. The
time-out parameter ranges from 0 to 65,535 and defaults to 2000, in milliseconds.
-v: Displays detailed response information.
pw ip-address: Specifies the IP address of the peer PE.
pw-id pw-id: Specifies the ID of the PW to the peer PE. The pw-id parameter ranges from 1 to
4,294,967,295.
Examples
# Check the validity and reachability of the PW with peer PE 3.3.3.9 that uses the PW ID of 301.
