Enabling IGMP NSR

This feature backs up information about IGMP interfaces and IGMP multicast groups to the standby
process. The device recovers the information without cooperation of other devices when an
active/standby switchover occurs. Use this feature to prevent an active/standby switchover from
affecting the multicast service.

Enable IGMP NSR.
