8. Curl correction unit adjustment

Check that the clearance between the notch in the roller support-
ing plates in the front and the rear sides of the curl correction unit
and the reverse frame is 2 ± 0.2 mm.
If the clearance is not 2 ± 0.2 mm, loosen the screw and move the

roller supporting plates back and forward to adjust so that the
clearance is 2 ± 0.2 mm. (Adjust both the front side and the rear
side).
* The curl correction unit is fixed to the body with two screws.
When a curl is generated by some conditions or paper states to
cause wrinkles, adjust as follows:
•
In the case of upward curl on the ADU, decrease the clearance by
0.2mm.
•
In the case of downward curl on the ADU, increase the clearance
by 0.2mm.
