When the sub code is entered, the BIAS (developing bias)
output can be checked.
When the sub code is entered and the START key is pressed,
the current value (Vgd) is displayed on the copy quantity dis-
play. Press the START key to check the main charger output.
High voltage adjustment of the main charger (ME/AE) can be
made with formula (2). The output adjustment value (Vgd) is
about –251 to –950V for entering 161- 510 (with the 10-key
pad). One step : about 2V
Vg = –2.00 x Vgd + 71 ----- (2)
Vg : Actual output voltage
Vgd : Value
(The above formula shows the ideal curve (approximate
values), and differs from the actual high voltage output.)
