Lens drive wire replacement
A. Lens drive wire removal
1
Remove original guide R, and remove the table glass.
2
Remove the dark box cover.
3
Remove the drive wire spring and the wire hook from the lens
carriage boss.
B. Lens drive wire stretching
Reverse the above procedures.
(Note) First hook the spring on the lens carriage boss for easier
operation.
6. ADU unit
Major parts: Rear edge plate drive motor, alignment plate drive
motor, paper holding plate solenoid take-up roller,
paper feed roller, reverse roller, paper feed roller clutch,
transport roller clutch
Disassembly procedures

Remove the ADU unit from the copier.
2
Remove three screws and remove the upper cover.
3
Remove two screws and the harness connector, and remove the
rear edge plate drive motor.
4
Remove two screw and the harness connector, and remove the
alignment plate drive motor.
