Remove the separation (reverse) roller.
H
Remove the E-ring, and remove the separation(reverse) roller
spring clutch.
5. Optical unit
Major parts: Copy lamp, copy lamp unit, No. 2/3 mirror base unit,
No. 4/5 mirror base unit, AE sensor PWB
Disassembly procedures

Remove the original guides R and L, and remove the table glass.
(Screws x 2 pcs. each)

Move the copy lamp unit to the notch section in the rear of the
upper cabinet, remove the screw, and remove the copy lamp.
3
Remove one screw, disconnect the harness connector, and slide
and remove the AE sensor PWB.
