(3) DV bias voltage adjustment

Set the digital multi meter range to DCV 300V or greater.

Put test rods to the DV bias output check pin (BSCP) of the high
voltage unit and the chassis (GND).

Execute simulation 8-1. (A DV bias voltage is outputted for 30
sec.)

Adjust the DV bias voltage adjustment volume (VR-301) so that
the output voltage is –200V ±5V.
(4) Note for installation of rollers to the developing
unit

Be careful to the installing direction of the V ring.

Allow no clearance between the V ring and the rollers (sections
marked with "*").
Installation of φ8V ring, φ8 C ring, and φ5V ring.

Developing magnet roller
1) Be careful to the V ring direction as shown in the figure above.
2) Allow no clearance between the V ring and the rollers (sections
marked with "*").
