When the sub code is entered, the LCD shows the following
display to allow clearing of the staple counter.

STAPLE COUNTER CLEAR.
ARE YOU SURE ?
1. YES
2. NO
When "1. YES" is selected in the display and the START key is
pressed, the staple counter is cleared and the LCD returns to
the sub code input screen of Sim 24.
When "2. NO" is selected and the START key is pressed, the
counter is not cleared and the LCD returns to the sub code
input screen of Sim. 24.
When the sub code is entered, the LCD shows the following
display to allow clearing of the tray counter.

TRAY COUNTER CLEAR.
ARE YOU SURE ?
1. YES
2. NO
When "1. YES" is selected in the display and the START key is
pressed, the tray counter is cleared and the LCD returns to the
sub code input screen of Sim 24.
When "2. NO" is selected and the START key is pressed, the
counter is not cleared and the LCD returns to the sub code
input screen of Sim. 24.
When the sub code is entered, the LCD shows the following
display to allow clearing of the film wear correction counter.

MEMBRANCE DECREASE ADJUSTMENT CLEAR.
ARE YOU SURE ?
1. YES
2. NO
When "1. YES" is selected in the display and the START key is
pressed, the film wear correction counter is cleared and the
LCD returns to the sub code input screen of Sim 24.
When "2. NO" is selected and the START key is pressed, the
counter is not cleared and the LCD returns to the sub code
input screen of Sim. 24.
When the main code is inputted, the LCD shows the following
display and a sub code blinks on the copy quantity display.
With the RPL on, enter the desired sub code and press the
START key to start the operation.

When the sub code is entered, the drum motor rotates for 3
minutes to allow checking of the drum motor operation. In this
case, the toner density sensor output value is displayed on the
copy quantity display to allow monitoring it.
