2. Fusing unit
Major parts: Heater lamp, upper/lower heat rollers, upper/lower
separation pawls, upper/lower cleaning rollers, thermis-
tor, thermostat
Disassembly procedures
1
Remove two screws, and remove the fusing unit from the body.
2
Remove two screws (blue), and remove the fusing cover.
3
Remove the heater lamp harness connectors in the front and rear
sides.
4
Remove the heater holder, and remove two heater lamps.
5
Remove four screws and remove the upper fusing cover.
6
Remove one screw (blue), and remove the upper cleaning roller
holding plate.
7
Remove the spring, and remove the upper cleaning roller.
8
Remove one screw, and remove the upper separation pawl at-
tachment plate.
9
Remove the spring, and remove the upper separation pawl.
