(3) Off-center adjustment
Make a duplex copy and adjust as follows:

When the image is shifted from the original in direction of (a),
loosen (rotate one or two turns) the off-center lock screw, turn and
adjust the OC adjustment screw in the direction of A through the
notch for the off-center adjustment, and tighten the off-center ad-
justment lock screw.

When the image is shifted from the original in direction of (b),
loosen (rotate one or two turns) the off-center lock screw, turn and
adjust the OC adjustment screw in the direction of A through the
notch for the off-center adjustment, and tighten the off-center ad-
justment lock screw.
@ This adjustment is performed after checking that the center shift on
the copier lens is within the specified range.

(4) Paper holding plate solenoid position adjustment

Press the paper holding plate, and use a thickness gauge to
check that the clearance between the paper holding plate
solenoid and the paper holding plate solenoid rubber is 0.3mm.

If the clearance is not 0.3mm, loosen the screw and slide the
paper holding plate solenoid back and forth to adjust. (Put the
thickness gauge of 0.3mm in the clearance, and adjust and
tighten the screw.)
