Dichroic Glass Installation

Studio Spot uses the same dichroic glass catalogue as Cyberlight, Cyberlight CX,
and Studio Color. Additionally, custom colors can be ordered from High End Sys-
tems.
When replacing colors, plan ahead to ensure you will acquire the desired color
combinations. Colors such as indigo and aqua can only be created by a dedi-
cated filter and they do not mix with other colors.
To install dichroic glass, complete the following procedure:
1. Remove power from the fixture and place it upright on a flat surface.
2. Remove the bezel by releasing the two latches located in the middle of the
fixture head. Refer to Figure B.1.
3. Remove the safety cable from its latch and set the bezel aside.
4. Locate the color wheels. Refer to Figure B-4.

5. Rotate the desired color wheel so that the color you wish to replace is
accessible from the edge and rotate the opposing color wheel so that its
open position is at the edge. Take special note of the index positions on
the color wheel. Refer to Figure B-5.
