Maintenance

This section provides information for basic maintenance. If other
maintenance is required, refer servicing to a qualified technician.

Replacing the Lamp

You will need the following items to replace the lamp:
• ¼ inch hex wrench
• Phillips MSR 575/2, MSD 575, or other factory approved GX 9.5 base,
575 watt, metal-halide lamp
• Protective gloves
• Protective goggles
To replace the lamp, complete the following procedure:
1. Remove power from fixture.
2. Using the ¼-inch hex wrench, loosen the hex screws located at the rear
of the fixture and remove the lamp access cover. Refer to Figure A.1.
3. Remove the old lamp from the socket by the base. Refer to Figure A.2.
