Tighten the balancershaft bolt to the specified torque with
the special too l .
Tightening torque : 40 - 60 N ' m
(4. 0 - 6 .0 kg-m, 29 . 0 - 43 . 5 Ib-ft)

Engage t h e c a m chain t o t h e sprocket.
I nstal l the key CD to the crankshaft.
When i n stal l i n g the primary d rive gear, align the key
with the g roove of gear.
•
Tighten the primary d rive gear nut to the s pecified tor­
que with the special too l .
Tighteni n g torque : 60 - 80 N 'm
( 6 . 0 - 8 . 0 kg-m, 43. 5 - 58 . 0 I b-ft)

NO TE:

This nut has left-hand thread.

CAM D R I V E N G EAR A N D G EA RS H I FT S H A FT
I nsta l l the spacer @ onto the gearshift cam .
Apply a small quantity of THREAD LOCK S U PER " 1 303"
to the gearshift stopper bolt @, and tighten it to the speci­
fied torq u e .
99000-32030 : T H READ LOCK SUPER " 1 303"
Tightening torque : 1 5 - 23 N ' m
