Pi lOT SCREW REMOVAL A N D I NSTAllATION
• Remove the plug by ca refu l l y punching a hole i n it using
an awl o r s u itable tool .
Before removing the pilot screw, determ ine the setting
•
by slowly turning it clockwise and count the n u m be r of
turns requ i red to lightly seat the screw. Turn the screw
counterclo c kwise to remove it.
NO TE:
This counted number is important when reassembling pilot
screw to original position.
• When installing the pilot screw, turn it in fully but not tight­
ly. From that position turn it out the same n u m be r as
cou nted d u ring removal .
• Instal l the n e w plug in the pilot screw h o l e .
