Remove the reservoir tan k mounting bolt.
•

Remove the cotter pin and p i n .
Place a cloth u n derneath t h e u nion bolt on the master
cylinder to catch spilled d rops of brake fluid . U nscrew
the union bolt and disconnect the brake hose/master
cylinder joint.
CAUTON :
Completely wipe off any brake fluid adhering to any part of

motorcycle . The fluid reacts chemically with paint, plast­
lies, rubber materials, etc .
Remove the connector by removin g the circ l i p CD with :
the special too l .

Remove the O-ring @.

Remove the d ust boot . :
Remove the circlip with the specia l too l .
