Separate the th rottle lever arm
by removi ng the bolts with a 2 . 5 m m hexagon w rench .
Separate the jet need le @ and th rottle valve @ .
•
Remove the float chamber.
•
Remove the acceleratin g plunger a n d s p ri n g .
•
Disconnect the float pin and remove the float with n ee­
d l e valve .
CAUTION :
When removing the float pin, be careful not to damage the
carburetor body.
•
Remove the main jet and palte.
