Flatten t h e l o c k washer and remove t h e clutch sleeve h u b
n ut w i t h t h e s pecial too l .

Rem ove the washer G) and primary d riven gear assem­
bly @ .

Remove the spacer @ and washer @ .
Remove the kick idle gear ® by removing the circl i p .
•
•
Remove t h e kick shaft assembly @ .
•
Remove t h e oil p u m p driven g e a r (j) by removing t h e
circ l i p .
Remove t h e pin ® .
CAUTION :
Do not remove the oil pump N o . 1 before separating the
crankcase .

Remove the gearshift shaft @ .
Remove the cam d riven gear @ by removing the cam
guide ® .
