Default:
Default username "" has password "" with privilege 1.
Default username "admin" has password "admin" with privilege 15.

Usage Guide:
Use "username" command to add a new user account or edit an existing user account. And use "no username" to
delete an existing user account. The user account is a local database for login authentication.
Example:
This example shows how to add a new user account.
Switch(config)# username test secret passwd
This example shows how to show existing user accounts.
Specify user name to add/delete/edit.
Specify privilege level to be admin (privilege 15)
Specify privilege level to be user (privilege 1)
Specify custom privilege level
Specify password string and make it not encrypted.
