Create or remove a VLAN entry. Using `vlan` command to entry the VLAN configuration mode.
Example:
The following example creates and removes a VLAN entry (100).
Switch# configure
Switch (config)# vlan 100
Switch (config-vlan)# exit
Switch (config)# no vlan 100
Switch (config)# exit
Switch#
