Description
The number of DHCP packets received that had an invalid message type
(option 53)
The number of DHCP packets dropped because the user-db value of the
server was not equal to the default value and a local user database with
that name could not be found. This is not supported on the 7705 SAR.

in the user database when use-gi-address was disabled
