The following parameter is only displayed in the CT-Object card if the
IEEE C57.13 standard is selected with the type "Prot. CT".

Rated secondary terminal voltage.
If the IEEE C57.13 standard is selected with the type
"protection CT" (class C, K or T), the VA and Cos
parameters are not accessible to the user. In this case, the
user has to enter the terminal voltage V
Possible values: Integer values from 10 to 1200V or soft
