REMOVAL AND DISASSEMBLY

Remove the front fork. ( 6-11)
Remove the master cylinder assembly. ( 6-51)
Remove the front brake hose guide bolts.
Remove the odometer assembly.
Remove the clamps 1 and engine stop switch 2.

Disconnect the main switch coupler 3 , starter button
coupler 4 (DR-Z400E), and clutch lever position switch lead
wires 5 (DR-Z400E). 3 4

Remove the throttle cables 6 and throttle grip 7.
